Private events are back!

Pricing to close our space for a private event varies depending on the month, day of the week, and time of day.  We have minimum costs for this and then pricing is based on a fixed cost per guest.

Brookvin hosts private events for groups of 25 to 65 guests in warm seasons.  In colder months without the garden space our maximum number is 55 guests, before it begins to feel too crowded.

Sorry, no.  Brookvin never reserves just the garden space.  You'll need to book a private event which will get you all the space inside and outside.  Invite more guests!

All our private events are "cocktail party/buffet" in style, with food set up in areas around the space.  We can not accommodate plated, sit down dinners. But we host rehearsal events, showers, birthday celebrations, and receptions each year to great success!

Menu choices vary by season, but include some of Brookvin's best known dishes, along with things better suited for buffet style service.  Bar packages are priced per guest and range in price based on what offerings you'd prefer.

That depends.  Sometimes yes and sometimes no.  Reserving space for a table of 20 guests on a weekend night at 8pm is nearly impossible in our small venue.  But if you're flexible with your day and time of day we can almost always work something out.  Groups of 10 are usually pretty easy to accommodate in our front table. Anything larger than that becomes too tight and less comfortable for you and us as well.
